Name
Id Media Review Group
Purpose
The purpose of the Identity Media Review Group is to support the Identity Commons community engaging with books, movies and other media that cover identity related topics. We use the issues raised by these works to inform our work innovating the identity layer of the web and help us understand and address the social, psychological, legal, privacy, security, regulatory and ethical issues
Principles
Same as IC.
Practices
Collaboration through various syncronous and asyncronous means to reveiw and engage with the materials.
Requirements of Participation and How to Join
Each working group is required by the PurposeAndPrinciples to state its requirements for participation, if any. It should also provide instructions for how to join the working group.
Licenses and/or Restrictions on Usage of Work Product
CC with Attribution for collective works.
Current Deliverables and Milestones
A goal is to engage with one text as a community in the new year. This is likely to be The Digital Person.
We are actively documenting books and papers that relate to user-centric / digital identity online.
Current Meeting Schedule
We will get a list going in the new year.
