Business Committee

This idea for community process flow came out of conversations with David Recordon about the use of community time on conference calls and also the need to move business items forward faster then once a month. Also Mary Ruddy and Kaliya Hamlin have been meeting via phone/inperson informally to move forward IC business in between stewards calls - we think a larger group to take on tasks and move things forward would help.

The proposal is to form a "business committee" (this is just a place holder name).

This group would be made of current stewards and also perhaps enthusiastic community members that want to help. It would meet in weeks that don't have stewards council calls at the same day and place. The business committee would then report to the stewards call each month and get input. The Stewards call can be more focused on information sharing and common goal setting amongst the working groups.
